My Hubby...(Thanks, Lorie!)

I got this idea from Lorie after reading it on her blog. I thought it was super interesting to read about her hubby and also thought that Tab doesn't get enough "shout outs" on my blog. He is an amazing dad and husband. He works so hard taking care of us. We have so much fun hanging out together! So...here's to my hubby:

1. He's sitting in front of the t.v. What is on the screen?
If we're watching t.v. together, then Celebrity Apprentice, Amazing Race, or Survivor have been our favorites lately. If he's alone, lately it's been the Rangers, but ANY type of anything related to football.

2. You're out to eat. What type of dressing does he get on his salad?
Ranch

3. What is one food he doesn't like?
Coconut...Tab could and would pretty much eat anything, which is great when I'm planning meals for dinner!

4. Where did he go to high school?
Wynne High School in Wynne, Arkansas

5. What size shoe does he wear?
13

6. If he was to collect anything, what would it be?
He used to collect golf balls from different golf courses where he played. But...that collection got out of hand...so he put a stop to it.

7. What is his favorite type of sandwich?
Like I said, he is not picky about food...but his favorite is turkey and cheese with all the trimmings.

8. What would the husband eat everyday if he could?
He has a big thing right now with salmon. So..that's my final answer.

9. What is his favorite cereal?
Once again...he's not picky, so his favorite is whatever is in the pantry when he gets up.

10. What would he never wear?
Cuff links (outside of being in a wedding)

11. What is his favorite sports team?
Dallas Cowboys

12. Who is his best friend?
Me!

13. What is something I do that he wishes I'd never do?
Nag him about getting something done.

14. How many states has he lived in?
2-Arkansas and Texas

15. Did he play sports in high school?
Baseball and football

Nixon Man is 5 Weeks Old...

Mama and the Big Boy
She's a mess!

Cheesin'

Some brother/sister lovin'...

Aw!! Kisses!

She's so proud!

Check out our New Skills...

Mr. Nixon Man can sit in his Bumbo chair like a pro!
Ebby Lee can hang out in the backyard in p.j.'s and sunglasses. (I was struggling on a new skill for her...can you tell?)

We Got Tubes...

After 5 or 6 ear infections, we were referred to the ENT (who said that we had fluid on our ears...and a little bit of hearing loss so he suggested tubes). We were scheduled for surgery on Thursday. Guess who else was scheduled for tubes on Thursday??...our friend Molly! Ebby Lee and Molly up at the crack of dawn in p.j.'s and with their bears!
It was so nice having the Smith's there. The girls played in the waiting room and kept each other busy. Both girls did awesome and will hopefully have no more ear infections!!

Nixon is 1 Month Old...

Look at that big boy in the swing!
Ebby Lee's watching Wonder Pets and chewing on Mama's keys.

What a funny face! More swing time!

We went to the park to play and Ebby Lee LOVED walking around. She could have cared less about the play stuff. She just wanted space to walk. Check out the sunscreen hair...nice, huh?

Nixon's 1 month old...she's celebrating with strawberry shortcake!

Nixon's Big Day/Mother's Day...

Isn't he looking handsome in his Sunday best? Here is the big boy after church today. He was ready to take a big 'ol nap!

Right after Nixon's baby dedication. (Sorry this picture is so far away...a sweet high school boy was taking it for us and this was our third attempt. I didn't have the heart to ask him to take another one.) Nixon was dedicated at church yesterday. There were probably 15 families dedicating their children...so the stage was pretty full. It was extra special for us because we got to dedicate Nixon RIGHT beside his BFF Smith Shull.

The Mamas and their boys! What an awesome way to celebrate Mother's Day.

Our Week...

Nixon rockin' the new hairdo.

Ebby Lee getting ready to run some errands.

This is what we look like at the grocery store. When you have two kids 13 months and under and groceries to buy, you don't have room in your cart to have all the kids and a bunch of groceries. Ebby Lee loves getting to drive the car, so it all works out.

This girl looks ready to shop!

He looks ready to shop too, right?

Nixon is 3 Weeks Old...

Chillin' under the play mat.

Hanging out in the bouncy seat while Ebby Lee was swinging.

Playing outside...check out that silly grin. Ebby Lee is so white that we have to sunscreen it up when we go play outside. It's either sunscreen on her hair or a hat and today she picked the hat!
