This Sunday was Launch Sunday or promotion Sunday at church. I thought it was the perfect time to take some pictures! These kiddos bumped up to older classes. Ebby Lee is in a 3-year-old class. It just so happens that TONS of her friends are in there! Nixon is in a 2-year-old class with his bestie, Smith! Lucky kiddos!!
Girl Pic...this baby is getting big!
Really, Nixon? This is what I'm working with! ha! Poor Nixon, I took him today to get his haircut and the lady misunderstood me, I guess? She buzzed Nixon's hair on a 2 ALL OVER his head!! Poor Nix! He thought it was really funny and said, "Daddy's going to like it!". He's probably right! But..Mama is not a fan!! I can't wait for some of that hair to grow so I can get a little gel in it!!
Yesterday was Ebby Lee's 2nd day of ballet. Again...she was in LOVE!!
Kirby+dancing+jumping around=Complete Happiness for this 3-year-old

On Monday, Ebby Lee had a first. Her first day of ballet! She was SO excited when I signed her up back in the summer. But...as the day got closer, she started changing her mind. Luckily, Whitney signed up one of Ebby Lee's BFF's, Kirby, so she was back on track for ballet!!
A ballet pose?
I must say that she didn't wear the crocs in class. I know absolutely nothing about ballet. Can she wear the shoes in public? I figured she couldn't so we changed there...ballet people...is this correct??
These girls were SO excited!!
I see this picture being in a slideshow one day. Graduation, wedding, you name it!
I only took one picture through the window. I didn't want to be THAT mom! ha! As soon as class was over, she told me she was ready to do it again!! Ballet class #1...a huge success!!!

Nixon likes to HIDE when the camera comes out. The best I could get...a picture of him & his dinosaur. I'll take it!
Somebody's hair is long enough for pigtails...short ones...but they count!!
Happy Birthday to Daddy!! We made him a yummy dirt cake!
We all couldn't WAIT to help him eat it. Happy Birthday Daddy! We love you!!

In Key West, we decided to skip the water and take a trolley tour around the town. It was actually the perfect way to get to see pretty much the whole town. I'm not really a history person, but luckily it was a small island so there wasn't too much history for me to take in! ha! I really did enjoy the day and the relaxed Key West vibe.
As we were waiting patiently for the trolley to get loaded up, I sat in my seat (in the sun) and quietly that I might pass out because of the heat. It was HORRIBLE!! It was just REALLY hot with NO breeze. Plus...you know when you have make-up and normal clothes on it always seems warmer than when you're wearing a swimsuit?? Anyway, I was HOT! Ryan was a LIFESAVER!! He quickly jumped off and got a couple bottles of water. Whew!
Can you tell that I'm melting in that picture?
This picture is out of order...but this is where our boat docked. So pretty!
Back to the trolley tour...famous landmark where Highway 1 ends. It apparently goes over 2500 miles.
We hopped off the trolley at this stop. We walked out to see the beach. Not impressive...except a topless woman was sunbathing for all to see. Maybe that's why Tab's face looks like that? He's in shock?
Then the boys decided we needed a picture by the southernmost point of the U.S.A.? Let me remind you that it was HOT outside. Whitney and I (without complaining...ha! Totally kidding about that.) stood in line with the boys for a good 20 minutes waiting to take our picture by this famous spot. Impressive picture, huh?
After hopping on and off of the trolley again, we stopped at this restaurant at the marina for lunch. It was the perfect little Key West lunch. Seafood, ocean, and a breeze!
Across the street was the famous Key Lime Shop..so we HAD to stop in and try some of that. Delish!
We rode the trolley a little more and stopped to shop. Then we headed back onto the ship for our last night. :)
All dressed up and ready for the Farewell Show.
Last night of dinner with our friends.
Our waiter, Kennet, for the week. I don't remember where he was from, but I do remember that he has 5 kids. He's gone for 7 months and then at home for 2 months! Bless his wife's heart!
This might be one of my VERY favorite memories of the entire trip. I wish it was a video. On day 1, we were hanging out somewhere and music was playing (music is ALWAYS playing on a cruise). We looked over at Ryan and he was doing this dance. It pretty much looked JUST like this picture, but he'd move around in the shape of a square doing the same thing? Hard to explain. The dance takes some skill. It was SO hysterical! So...throughout the rest of the trip, if one of us heard some music we'd ask Ryan to dance!!! The funny part about it is he did this dance in the hallway, on the pool deck, on the beach in Coco Cay...pretty much anywhere! Fun Times!!
The next morning we got off the ship early to catch our early flights back to our kiddos. It was a FABULOUS trip with lots of great memories that were made! We had a blast, Bandermanns! Thank you SO much to T-Nonnie & Boo for watching our crazy kiddos!!

Day 3 we woke up at Coco Cay, Royal Caribbean's private island. We were the only ship docked there for the day so we had the island to ourselves.
This day was all about relaxation.
They brought food off the ship for us to have lunch.
Ryan found us some chairs under the shade. So nice! I think everyone took a nap.
Catching our tender (AKA..ferry) back to the ship. We're all smiling, but at this point, we're all tired, thirsty, HOT, sweaty. Ugh!
We got ready for the evening and went up to the Viking Crown, a lounge area that has a 360 degree view. We had the place to ourselves.
This was 3/4 of the family we had dinner with every night. They're from India, but have lived in London for years! They were the sweetest family. It was so interesting to chat with them about life there compared to life here. So fun! Every night our waiter would put these crazy puzzles on the table for us to solve. I don't think we ever solved one!

This is how we looked as we boarded the ship on Monday. We were super polite to the photographers in the beginning. After numerous pictures, we were still polite, but we started posing crazy and being really silly.
Day 2...we woke up and were in Nassau, Bahamas. We ventured out on our first excursion to the Atlantis Resort. It was SO beautiful!
There were all kinds of marine life all throughout the resort.
We hit the beach for a few minutes at the resort. BEAUTIFUL!! The water was so clear. We could see our toes.
Look closely...how did this preggo get on waterslides?? I really thought no one could tell! ha! When I looked at this picture, I was shocked!! My belly is out there!
Ryan & Whit
I don't know WHAT this was all about!! But...I thought it was too funny!
We hung out most of the day in the waterpark area. I didn't do that many slides...only slides with tubes. But...it was so nice. I'd lay out and read a book while they were doing the dangerous stuff. Right in the middle of the day, this band came parading through!
The guys were all about the scenery. They did not want to miss a photo op!
They have an archealogical dig area where they discovered this town that was destroyed by maybe a hurricane or a tsunami?? I really want to watch the cartoon version of Atlantis to get all the specifics! But...it was pretty interesting. I obviously wasn't as in to it as Whitney...look at that picture! ha!
This was a lazy river/whitewater rafting experience ride...ha! There really wasn't much lazy to it. There were rapids and waves...super fun!
Preggo did not participate in this one.
This is the waterslide Atlantis is famous for. I happened to see the Amazing Race episode that was at Atlantis. I remember telling Tab I wanted to go there. The water that you see has sharks and other animals swimming around, but the person goes through that tube.
Sharks swimming around the tube.
Last picture right before leaving...an excursion that was SO worth it! Preggo or not...I had a blast!!
Night #2...we missed the show, because we were having so much fun. We went to dinner and then stopped by the party at the pool for a few minutes. Another great day!
