What's Up Wednesday

I'm joining MelShay, and Sheaffer for their What's Up Wednesday link-up!

What we're eating this week:

I'm not sure about you guys but we're barely hanging on to the end of the school year.  We are SO READY to be done!  I'm totally slacking in the kitchen this week.  :)

Monday-We had dinner pool side on Memorial Day.

Tuesday-Nixon had a baseball game right in the middle of dinner time so we grabbed something quick right after the game.

Wednesday-Ebby Lee is getting braces tomorrow.  {She has all the mixed feelings about this!}  But I promised her a last meal of her choice before she has to avoid super crunchy foods.  She's choosing Mexican food out tonight.

Thursday-Spinach and Sun Dried Tomato Meatballs are one of our favorites.

Friday-Green Chile Cheese Burgers and Guacamole are on the menu.

What I'm Reminiscing About:

I cannot believe Bowen will go to kindergarten in the fall.  I promise you...just a few weeks ago, he looked like this...

The cutie on the right.  :)

And on that note, look how much they've all grown!  AAAHHH!!!

What I'm Loving:

I'm telling you...the only thing not getting the SUMMER memo is our school calendar.  Everything {and everyONE else} is feeling SUMMER.  And we're LOVING it!

What We've Been Up To:

We had the BEST Memorial Day weekend.  I'll have a full recap for you tomorrow.  :)

What I'm Dreading:

I kept the laundry running all weekend, BUT I didn't fold it or put it away.  That means I have a HUGE clean laundry pile.  I'm dreading it.

What I'm Working On:

All kinds of Disney Land and Sea Vacations for families like YOU!  If you've been thinking of taking a Disney World vacation or maybe a Disney Cruise or possibly even combining them, then please shoot us an e-mail.  We'd love to help!
mixandmatchtravelagency@yahoo.com
We're also sending new clients to Mexico and cruises all over the world.

What I'm Excited About:

SUMMER!!!!

What I'm watching/reading:

I just started Sophia of Silicon Valley.  The reviews said it was very similar to The Devil Wears Prada, which I liked a lot.  I'll keep you posted.  :)

I just can't quit this one, so I'm watching the new season of The Bachelorette.

What I'm Listening To:

We've been listening to all the summer stations we can find on Pandora.

What I'm Wearing:

What I'm Doing This Weekend:

It's DANCE RECITAL weekend for my favorite dancer.  :)

What I'm Looking Forward to Next Month:

SUMMER SUMMER SUMMER!!!

What's My Favorite Summer Salad:

Have you made this salad??  It's Shay's Grilled Shrimp and Bacon Salad.  I put all the toppings on the table and let my kiddos add whatever they'd like.  Everyone's FAVORITE!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  XO

Erika...I am so ready for SUMMER!!! Last night, my big kids looked so confused when we told them it was time for bed. Memorial Day weekend really messed up their heads regarding their schedule. Ha! They were like "but it's summer" and we were like "but it's not...yet.".
